60 Days of Service

​For couples who wish to do all of their own planning, but still have a professional coordinate the big day, Rustic to Ritz offers a Proper Event Management Package. About 60 days prior to the wedding, we will set up a time to meet with you and walk the space, go over all final details and vendors and make sure you are set up for success!  We will carry out your wishes and take care of your details so that you can enjoy your day!

Proper Event Management  Includes:

  • Initial consultation with bride and groom to determine needs

  • Unlimited phone or e-mail correspondence starting 60 days prior

  • Attend site visit to discuss couple’s overall vision, design, and layout

  • Become the vendor team lead at 1 month prior to the event date

  • Confirm all event and contract details with each vendor

  • Confirm the final headcount and seating chart with caterer

  • Confirm all music for ceremony musicians and reception band/DJ Create a wedding weekend timeline, contacts list and address list to included everything that family, bridal party and vendors need to know during the wedding weekend

  • Phone call or face to face meeting with bride and groom two weeks prior to finalize all ceremony and reception details and final timeline

  • Send final timeline to all vendors at 1 week prior

  • Attend and coordinate rehearsal the day before (1 hour)

  • Collect any personal decor items and legal documents for signature the next day

  • Available for up to 12 hours on the wedding day

  • Supply wedding day emergency kit

  • Oversee the set-up of ceremony, cocktail hour and reception locations

  • Lead all ceremony and reception activities while serving as the vendor team lead and onsite event manager

  • Box up all personal items, gifts, cake and keepsakes for departure

  • Distribute any final payments and/or tips

  • Deliver signed marriage license to the Savannah courthouse to be mailed to you
